2018 Hunter Jumper TCP Clinic & Trainers Certification – Bernie Traurig and Julie Winkel – Aubrey, TX

The program includes:
**USHJA Trainers Certification Clinic Friday and Saturday
**Show Competition day Sunday including an Equitation Classic, Hunter Derby & Jumper sweepstakes all with educational components including: Course Walks, judging explanations and open numerical scoring. Limited space available on a first come first served basis!
TCP applicants and auditors will observe Julie and Bernie’s coaching techniques on Friday and Saturday with four groups of 5 riders per day. They are encouraged to attend Sunday’s competitions however it’s not mandatory for their certification.
There will be a round table discussion for TCP applicants both days and on Saturday evening a dinner and video presentation followed by Q&A for riders and their trainers and family.
Sundays three competitions will be enhanced by Julie’s and Bernie’s educational input on Judging, Scoring, walking courses and their impressions of the rounds. Scores will be announced.
All groups 1 1/2 hours
Friday groups:
*Green or young Hunters
*3’3 open hunter with Derby Theme
*Child/Adult Hunter
*3′ Equitation
Saturday groups:
*Young Jumpers
*Children Adult Jumpers
*3’6 Plus Jumpers
*Medal/Maclay Group
Sunday’s Competition will be broken into three classes: Hunter Derby, Equitation, and Jumper Classic
