D&D Texas Outfitters Roping Championship! Free Kids Roping Clinic

Do you have a child that likes to rope? Here is your child’s chance to show off their skills in our D&D Texas Outfitters Roping Championship!

Free Roping Clinic: 1:30-2 PM

Bring the kids out for a fun experience, learning to rope w/ the pros before the championship. From newbie to advanced, practice both for fun and the jackpot to follow! Refreshments provided.

Jackpot Roping Championship: Starts at 2 PM

Immediately following the free clinic. The contest will consist of 3 rounds & finals. Must rope all 3 rounds unless no one catches all 3. Judges decisions are final.

Ages 6 & under: Can have 1 helper & fishing allowed. Must make all 3 loops to qualify for finals.

Ages 7-9: No helper or fishing. Must make all 3 loops to qualify for finals.

Ages 10-12: No helper or fishing. Must make all 3 loops to qualify for finals.

*Must be age date of the event. Must bring a copy of birth certificate. differ w/ age group.
Entry:
$10 per entry (cash only) if pre-register by January 24th
$ 20 per entry (cash only) by January 27th.
Books open day of the event at Noon – 1:30 PM.
