Equine Health & Emergency First Aid Clinic 2018 – Conroe, TX

Join us on Satuday, June 2nd for a one day course covering: what your vet needs to know, conditioning a horse to accept treatment, taking vital signs, dealing with various wounds, colic, choke, collapse, shock, hoof issues, recognizing pain in the horse and pain source identification, spinal health, injury prevention and so much more! Hands-on scenarios allow you to put your knowledge into practice. All attendees receive a Certificate of Completion, an Equine First Aid Manual and a “vital signs” pocket reference. Refreshments and a light lunch are included.

Your instructor – Elisabeth Crabtree, MSc, GEP, AISRB, MIAEB
Elisabeth is a lifelong horsewoman with over 30 years of experience in teaching First Aid. In addition to her certifications as an Equine First Aid Instructor and an American Red Cross human first aid instructor, Elisabeth is also an official Coach with the International Society of Rider Biomechanics and a founding member of the International Society of Equestrian Biomechanics.
