Joseph Newcomb specializes in in-hand piaffe/passage work, helping horses of all levels achieve their maximum potential. Joseph travels internationally specializing in in-hand clinics, which are built upon a philosophy of teaching the horse to respond to the smallest aids. Starting with basic groundwork and de-spooking, Joseph establishes good responses to basic aids. By using these basic exercises as building blocks, he is able to develop the piaffe and passage with as little tension and stress as possible. “My number one priority is that each horse in the clinic has a good experience today.”
