NOTE!! — All STRHA $3,000 will be offering a buckle to the winner each time the class is offered. You may only win one buckle every (2) two years. So if the class winner has already been awarded a buckle within the 2 year time period, the buckle will be awarded to the next eligible, highest placing contestant. The buckles are from Lonestar Silversmiths and are beautiful!
