OSER, Inc. is a permanent refuge for the horses that come here to recover from injuries, neglect, abuse and abandonment. The facility provides, rehabilitation, non-abusive training and ongoing care for the rescues horses.
Many of the horses are able to assist in providing community education for all ages through the programs offered at OSER, Inc. Stopping Cruelty to Animals Before it Begins, Safety Around Horses, New Horse Owners Clinics, The Needs and Care of Horses. Youth Spring Break, Summer Horse Day Camps, are some of the programs offered at OSER, Inc.
Donations and fundraising go to the ongoing veterinary care and daily needs of the horses.
